I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. All requests for returns and refunds must be communicated in writing within 7 days of delivery and all items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Any requests after the time limit will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of returned item(s). All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser unless there was a fault on my side. Cancellation of any order must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
